Adding An Estimate

To add an ‘Estimate’ to a line item of a quote:

1. Load the relevant quote in ‘Sales Enquiries/Quote’.

2. On the line item that is to have an ‘Estimate’ applied, double click on the ‘Product Code’ cell within the grid.

3. Provided no estimate currently exists for this line item, a prompt will be shown asking the user if they wish to use an estimation for this line item, select ‘Yes’.

4. The ‘Search Previous Estimates’ screen is now shown. To create a new estimate, click the button on the bottom right of this form.

5. The ‘Estimate’ form is now shown ready for data entry.
