SEARCH — Production Orders, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices

  • The column dropdown, match-type selector and Refresh button are gone. Just
    type — it searches every column shown on the grid as you go.
  • Narrow to one column by typing its heading and a colon, e.g.
    customer:acme  or  product_code:VLV
  • Lists now open showing the first 200 rows, with the true total alongside —
    "Showing 200 of 3,482 matches".
  • Run Full Search loads every match when you need the whole list.
  • Export XLSX / CSV now exports every match, not just the rows on screen.
  • Production Orders picks up other users' edits without you pressing Refresh.

SPEED

  • The Purchase Order list used to open empty and make you press Refresh,
    because loading it pulled all 151,742 rows. It now opens in well under a
    second.

SECURITY

  • A login bypass has been removed.
  • The database password is no longer built into the application.
  • Two screens that put typed text straight into database queries have been
    corrected.
  • Searching no longer writes to the database.

KNOWN BEHAVIOUR

  • Searching Purchase Orders takes about a second — that list is very large.
  • Run Full Search holds the screen while it runs; it shows its progress.
  • Grid totals reflect the rows shown until you Run Full Search.
